Tommie Sports: Content Management System Migration

Role: Project Manager, Training Lead

History: 

Presto Sports was purchased as the new Content Management System (CMS) for tommiesports.com. I was brought in to lead migration analysis, planning and implementation efforts. I also created and lead training surrounding the new CMS. This project took place in over the span of 6 months during the year of 2015.

Project Deliverables:

• Complete training plan for content contributors and moderators

• Migration of all content (text, images, documents, etc.) to the new CMS, Presto Sports

• Organized, updated, easier to access content on the new Tommie Sports website
  
  

Goals: 

• All website content would now be hosted on Presto Sports

• Previous CMS would be decommissioned

• All content contributors and moderators would be fully trained to use the new CMS
